You need to update all apps on your phone.
If any type of software update has arrived in the phone then it needs to be updated as well.
Be sure to clear the cache data of all apps on your phone.
If your phone is not fixed by this procedure then reset the phone to factory settings.
Update your Vivo V21 to the latest OS version available.
Simply uninstall and/or force quit apps you don’t use.
