The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is the first phone in the world to line up three 200 MP rear cameras, all tuned with Hasselblad. Unveiled in China on 22 September 2026 and on sale there since the 24th from 6,799 yuan, or about €850 (about 558,000 FCFA), it reaches Europe on 21 October. The bill there will be far heavier: €1,799 (about 1,180,000 FCFA) in France, according to a Dealabs leak, with the battery cut from 8,000 to 7,150 mAh.
Introduction: the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max, a 600-megapixel gamble
Oppo has reshuffled its range. The Find X10 family has three phones: the Find X10 E, kept for China, the standard Find X10 and the Pro Max, which replaces the old Pro at the top of the catalogue. There is no official Find X10 Pro, even if a few import shops still use the name.
The idea behind the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max fits in one sentence: get rid of the weak link. On most high-end phones, the ultra-wide and the telephoto are a step below the main camera. Here Oppo gives all three the same resolution. The phone goes up against the Vivo X500 Pro Max and the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, both launched this autumn as well.
It is made for people who shoot a lot of photos and video, and who can live with a heavy, expensive device. Our newsroom has not had the phone in hand: this page draws on Oppo’s data, on the first published reviews and on our own analysis. It also covers the standard Find X10.
Verdict at a glance: three 200 MP cameras, but a steep bill in Europe
Verdict in 30 seconds
The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is the only phone with 200 MP on all three rear cameras, backed by a 2 nm chip and a very large battery. The score is provisional: our newsroom has not tested it, independent reviews are still scarce and the French price of €1,799 comes from a leak.
For whom Photo and video enthusiasts who want the same quality from the ultra-wide, the main camera and the telephoto, without worrying about battery life.
Avoid if You want a light phone, a very long zoom without an accessory, or a flagship under €1,300.

Three numbers matter here. The 200 MP of the ultra-wide, on a 1/1.56-inch sensor: no rival goes that far at this focal length. The 8,000 mAh squeezed into 8.4 mm of thickness. And the 2 nm process of the Dimensity 9600 Pro. The display, for its part, stays at 1.5K while the vivo rival moves to 2K.
Oppo Find X10 Pro Max design: hefty, but armoured
The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max measures 161.32 x 76.57 x 8.40 mm and weighs 233 g in white, 235 g in the other colours, according to the spec sheets published after launch. That is heavy, even for a large phone: the standard Find X10 stops at 216 g.
On the back, the camera module is a large square with rounded corners, stamped with the Hasselblad H. The display is flat and hides an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. China gets three colours (moon white, warm orange, light titanium). France would be limited to titanium grey and moon white, according to Dealabs.
IP66, IP68, IP69: rain, dust and water jets
Oppo stacks three protection ratings. IP68 covers immersion in fresh water, IP66 covers heavy splashes and IP69 covers high-pressure hot water jets. On top of that comes a five-star drop resistance certification issued by SGS Switzerland.
In Lagos, Accra or Douala, that is a real asset: a rainy-season downpour or harmattan dust should not trouble the phone.
Display: 6.78 inches at 1.5K, built for comfort
The panel is a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED at 2,772 x 1,272 pixels, or about 450 pixels per inch. The refresh rate moves between 1 and 120 Hz depending on the content and climbs to 144 Hz in compatible games. Dolby Vision and HDR10+ are both supported.
On brightness, the figures need sorting. Oppo highlights a 3,600-nit peak, reached on a small area of the image in HDR. The detailed spec sheets mention 2,000 nits in high brightness mode, the value that counts in direct sunlight. That is enough at midday, without being a record.
A display that goes easy on the eyes
The display drops to 1 nit, which avoids being dazzled in the dark, and its backlight flickers at 3,840 Hz, high enough not to bother sensitive eyes. Oppo also claims 95% of the BT.2020 colour space. 1.5K holds up at this size and spares the battery, but at this price a choice would have been welcome.
Performance: the Dimensity 9600 Pro, built on 2 nm
The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max runs on the Dimensity 9600 Pro, MediaTek’s new flagship chip, made on TSMC’s 2 nm process and paired with a Mali-G2 Ultra NX graphics unit. MediaTek claims up to 17% more single-core speed and 27% more graphics power than the previous generation, with a clear gain in energy efficiency.
In China, the chip comes with 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X memory and 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage. In Europe, Dealabs mentions only a 12 + 512 GB version. The RAM shortage probably has something to do with it.
Published scores: handle with care
Independent measurements are scarce. NanoReview shows an average of about 4.7 million points on AnTuTu 11, with no result for the stability tests. So we know the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is very fast, not yet how it holds up after twenty minutes of gaming.
Connectivity on the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is complete: 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.2, NFC, an infrared blaster and a USB-C port at USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds, handy for moving large video files. The Chinese version takes two nano-SIM cards, with no eSIM according to Notebookcheck.
Camera: the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max puts 200 MP on every lens
Oppo has worked with Hasselblad since 2022. The rear module of the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max holds three 200 MP cameras: a 24 mm wide-angle, a 13 mm ultra-wide and a 70 mm periscope telephoto. No other phone offers this setup.

Main sensor: 1/1.3 inch and 17 EV of dynamic range
The main camera relies on a 1/1.3-inch sensor and a stabilised 24 mm lens with an f/1.5 aperture. Oppo pairs it with a technology called DeepPix, said to increase by 60% the light each pixel can take before saturating, and claims 17 EV of dynamic range in a single exposure.
Put simply, the sensor keeps detail in a bright sky and in the shadows without stacking several frames. The first published camera review, from the site Heyup, points the same way: it praises natural transitions and night shots where distant signs stay readable without blowing out faces.
Ultra-wide and telephoto: the real novelty
The ultra-wide is the most original camera of the three: a 1/1.56-inch sensor, an f/2.2 aperture and a 124-degree field of view. Oppo claims it gathers 202% more light than its predecessor. No rival has made that jump.
The telephoto uses another 1/1.56-inch sensor with a 70 mm f/2.1 lens, which means a 3x optical zoom, stabilised to the CIPA 7.5 standard. That is ideal for portraits, a little short for a concert or a match: Heyup sees it as the phone’s main limit. The Vivo X500 Pro Max, with its 85 mm lens, reaches further.
8K Log video, selfies and tools for creators
Video is where matching sensors start to make sense. The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max records 8K at 30 frames per second in Log on all three lenses, and 4K at 120 frames per second in Dolby Vision. Switching lens in the middle of a shot should no longer drag the quality down.
The phone works with the Blackmagic Camera app, popular with videographers. On the front, the 50 MP camera has an f/2.0 aperture and autofocus.
Good to know — Three 200 MP sensors do not make this phone a long-range zoom champion. Its telephoto stops at 3x optical. Beyond that, it crops into the image or needs the Hasselblad teleconverter.
Battery and charging: 8,000 mAh in China, 7,150 mAh in Europe
In China, the silicon-carbon battery of the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max reaches 8,000 mAh, 500 mAh more than the Find X9 Pro’s. With a 2 nm chip and a 1.5K display, two days of mixed use look within reach. No measured endurance test has been published yet.

The European version will not have the same capacity. Dealabs lists 7,150 mAh for both the Pro Max and the Find X10 sold in France, which is 850 mAh less. Oppo has not explained the gap. Even trimmed, this battery remains one of the largest on the European market.
80 W wired charging, 50 W wireless
SuperVOOC wired charging goes up to 80 W and AirVOOC wireless charging to 50 W. The time for a full charge has not been reported by the press.
Whether the charger is in the European box is not confirmed: the launch offer includes 30% off 80 W adapters, a sign that it will probably have to be bought separately. Where power cuts are part of life, charging every other day changes the daily routine.
Software: ColorOS 17, Android 17 and a lot of AI
The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max ships with ColorOS 17, based on Android 17. The interface gains more artificial intelligence tools: framing help, retouching, summaries, transcription.
Mind the version. In China, ColorOS comes without the Play Store and with the Xiaobu assistant. The global version includes Google apps and Gemini. Notebookcheck points out that imported Chinese models accept Google apps at the cost of some tinkering, and do without Quick Share.
Updates: nothing official for now
Oppo has not yet detailed its support policy for Europe. The previous generation was promised five Android versions and six years of security patches. An equivalent commitment would make sense, but it remains to be confirmed on 21 October.
Standard Oppo Find X10: the same recipe in a smaller body
The Find X10 will be sold in France next to the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max. In China, it combines a 6.59-inch 144 Hz display, the Dimensity 9600M chip, two 200 MP cameras (an f/1.6 main camera and an f/2.6 2.8x telephoto) and a 50 MP ultra-wide. The battery is the same, with 80 W wired and 50 W wireless charging.
It measures 156.5 x 74.3 x 8.4 mm and weighs 216 g. Its Chinese price starts at 5,499 yuan, or about €687 (about 451,000 FCFA).
The European version looks different. Dealabs credits it with a Dimensity 9500, last year’s chip, 7,150 mAh and a plain IP68 rating, for €1,499 (about 983,000 FCFA) with 12 + 512 GB. That is €500 more than the Find X9 in the same configuration.
Oppo Find X10 Pro Max price and availability: China, Europe, Africa

- 12 + 256 GB: 6,799 yuan, or about €850 (about 558,000 FCFA);
- 12 + 512 GB: 7,499 yuan, or about €937 (about 615,000 FCFA);
- 16 + 512 GB: 7,999 yuan, or about €1,000 (about 656,000 FCFA);
- 16 GB + 1 TB: 8,999 yuan, or about €1,125 (about 738,000 FCFA).
These conversions are indicative and exclude VAT, customs duties and shipping.
Oppo Find X10 Pro Max release date in France and the UK
Oppo has not issued a press release on the global launch, but its own documents give the date. The launch offer terms published by Oppo France set the end of the deposit phase at 4.50 pm on 21 October and the opening of payment at 5 pm, Paris time. Tech Advisor spotted the same deadline in the UK. So 21 October 2026 is the date to remember.
A deposit of €49 (about 32,000 FCFA) unlocks a €200 voucher on the Pro Max or €150 on the Find X10, plus a gift of your choice: the Hasselblad teleconverter kit, an Oppo Watch X3 or an Oppo Pad 5 tablet.
A French price reported at €1,799
The price comes from a leak, not from Oppo. According to Dealabs, the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max will cost €1,799 (about 1,180,000 FCFA) in France, in a single 12 + 512 GB version. With the launch voucher, the bill drops to €1,599 (about 1,049,000 FCFA). That is far above the Chinese price, even with 20% VAT.
As of 3 October 2026, we found no product page at Amazon.fr, Fnac, Darty or Cdiscount, the main French retailers. Only Oppo’s online store is taking reservations.
Importing it, and buying in Africa
Importers already list the Chinese Oppo Find X10 Pro Max. Notebookcheck notes €1,027 (about 674,000 FCFA) for the 12 + 256 GB version at Tradingshenzhen. You keep the 8,000 mAh battery, but give up the Oppo France warranty and eSIM. The Chinese Pro Max supports 4G band 20, useful in Europe, according to the same outlet.
For Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire or Senegal, Oppo has announced nothing. You will have to go through a reseller who imports. Compare the 4G and 5G bands of the model on offer with those of your carrier before paying, and favour the global version, which ships with Google services. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply outside the country of purchase.

Alternatives to the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max
Vivo X500 Pro Max
Xiaomi 18 Pro Max
Honor Magic 9 Pro Max
The Vivo X500 Pro Max is the most direct competitor: its 85 mm Zeiss telephoto reaches further and its display moves to 2K. The Honor Magic 9 Pro Max plays in the same league. Within Oppo’s range, foldable fans will look at the Find N6. To place the previous generation, the natural yardstick is the Oppo Find X9 Pro against the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Conclusion: should you buy the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max?
On paper, the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is the most coherent camera phone of 2026: three sensors with the same resolution, consistent video from one lens to the next, a latest-generation chip and a giant battery.
The problem is the price. At €1,799, it would cost almost double the Chinese price, with a smaller battery. At that level it faces the most expensive iPhones and Galaxy phones, whose software support and resale value are better established.
Good to know — Our advice: wait until 21 October for the official price and the update policy. With the €200 voucher and a gift, the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max becomes easier to defend. In Africa, compare it with the imported Chinese model, which is far cheaper, and check the network bands.
