The Oppo Find N6 is the first foldable phone whose crease you can barely feel under your finger, and one of the most complete of the year: 225g, 8.93mm closed, 6,000mAh and a 200MP main camera tuned by Hasselblad. Launched in China on 17 March 2026, then in part of Asia-Pacific on 20 March, it is not officially sold in France or anywhere else in Europe. That means importing it, from €1,749 (about 1,147,000 FCFA) for the global version according to price tracker Kimovil. It is aimed at people who want the best book-style foldable of the moment and can live with a limited warranty.
Introduction: the Oppo Find N6, the Oppo foldable Europe will not get
Oppo unveiled the Oppo Find N6 in China on 17 March 2026. The global version followed three days later in Singapore, Malaysia and other Asia-Pacific countries, then in Australia on 16 April. Europe was left on the dock: the brand has no plans to sell it there, Notebookcheck and Heise report.
This is a habit at Oppo. The Find N3 only reached Europe in 2023 under the OnePlus Open name, and the 2025 Find N5 was never distributed there at all. The Oppo foldable therefore remains an import product, even though published reviews put it at the top of its category.
In China, the range starts at 9,999 yuan, or about €1,284 (about 842,000 FCFA). The global version comes in a single configuration, with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is aimed at people who read and work on a large screen and who find the central groove on other foldables irritating. If a French warranty matters to you, the Honor Magic V6 is the sensible choice.
Verdict in brief: the Oppo Find N6 is the most polished foldable, provided you import it
Verdict in 30 seconds
The Oppo Find N6 makes the crease all but disappear, comfortably lasts the day and carries a proper Hasselblad camera system. Its absence from Europe means importing it, with a limited warranty and no local after-sales service.
For whom People who work, read and draw on a large screen, and who know how to handle a purchase from abroad.
Avoid if You want a French warranty, full dust sealing or top-class speakers.

Three numbers sum up the Oppo Find N6. The first, 0.05mm, is the depth of the crease as measured by GSMArena, against 0.2mm on the Find N5. The second, 6,000mAh, is 400mAh more than the previous generation in the same 8.93mm thickness. The third, 200MP, is the resolution of the main sensor.
The Oppo Find N6 specs vary by market. China gets three configurations, including a 1TB model with satellite connectivity according to Notebookcheck. The rest of the world gets the 16GB + 512GB version only, in titanium or orange.
Design of the Oppo Find N6: 225g and the thinness of a regular phone
Dimensions that make you forget the format
Closed, the Oppo Find N6 measures 159.87 × 74.12 × 8.93mm. Engadget points out that an iPhone 17 Pro is 8.75mm thick. Open, it slims down to 4.21mm and spreads to 145.58mm wide. At 225g, it weighs what a large regular smartphone does.
Materials, finishes and shortcut key
According to GSMArena, the flat-sided frame is aluminium, the back is matte glass and the cover screen is protected by nanocrystal glass. Titanium is reserved for the hinge. The black colour stays exclusive to China.
Phonandroid finds the overall look unoriginal. A customisable shortcut key has been added to the side, awkwardly placed for one-handed use according to Android Central.
The fingerprint reader sits in the power button. An infrared blaster controls a TV or an air conditioner.
Foldable format: crease, hinge, thickness and durability
A 0.05mm crease, almost erased
This is the Oppo Find N6’s headline argument. The brand talks about a “Zero-Feel Crease” and claims 82% less crease than on the Find N5. GSMArena measures a dip of about 0.05mm. Heise adds that the line is still visible against some backgrounds, but that you no longer feel it under your finger in normal use.
Two things explain the result. The second-generation Titanium Flexion hinge, 11% wider, is 3D-printed to reduce the gaps between parts. On top of it, a layer of flexible glass that is 50% thicker springs back into shape each time the phone is opened.
A hinge rated for one million folds
TÜV Rheinland certifies the hinge for one million folds, twice what Honor claims for its Magic V6. According to GSMArena, the crease does not get any deeper over the first 600,000 cycles. Those figures come from lab tests: they say nothing about sand or drops.
Water and dust: partial protection
The Oppo Find N6 carries IP56, IP58 and IP59 ratings. It therefore withstands immersion and high-pressure water jets. The 5, however, means limited protection against dust. Honor’s Magic V6 is rated IP68 and IP69.
Good to know — the top layer of the inner screen is a plastic film laid over ultra-thin glass. It scratches more easily than glass. Where sand and dust get everywhere, in Douala, Lagos or Dakar, clean the hinge and the screen before closing the device.
Display: two 120Hz OLED panels, bright but not record-breaking
8.12 inches inside, 6.62 inches outside
The inner display of the Oppo Find N6 is an 8.12-inch Samsung AMOLED panel at 2,480 × 2,248 pixels, or 412 pixels per inch. The cover display, supplied by BOE, shows 2,616 × 1,140 pixels across 6.62 inches. Both range from 1 to 120Hz, cover the DCI-P3 colour space in 10-bit and drop to 1 nit for reading at night.
Brightness: the gap between the claim and the measurement
Oppo quotes 1,800 nits in high-brightness mode. Engadget reports advertised peaks of 3,500 nits on the outside and 2,500 nits on the inside. Measurements are more modest: GSMArena records a 1,289-nit peak on the cover screen and 1,351 nits on the folding screen, and close to 2,000 nits in the photo gallery only. Notebookcheck finds around 1,180 nits on each panel.
That is enough in direct sunlight. Phonandroid also notes that colour accuracy on the inner panel could be better, with an average delta E of 3.7.
For sensitive eyes, the readings disagree: Android Central mentions PWM dimming at 2,160Hz, while Notebookcheck measures flicker at 180Hz on the inner screen. If OLED screens tend to give you headaches, caution is in order.
Performance: a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 that runs hot under load
A seven-core variant
The Oppo Find N6 runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, in a seven-core variant according to the official spec sheet, with an Adreno 840 graphics chip. The global version pairs it with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. There is no microSD slot.
GSMArena publishes 3,744 points single-core and 7,017 points multi-core in Geekbench 6, along with 3.87 million points in AnTuTu 11. Day to day, three apps side by side run without slowing down.
Gaming and heat
Thinness comes at a cost. Under sustained load, GSMArena measures a processor that holds on to 71% of its power and a graphics chip that falls to 50%, with the device open. Notebookcheck describes the throttling as severe.
Put simply, a demanding game ends up losing smoothness, and sooner still in a hot climate. This foldable is built for productivity, not for long 3D sessions.
Camera: a Hasselblad system finally on a par with regular phones
200MP main sensor and spectral sensor
Foldables long sacrificed the camera for thinness. The main module of the Oppo Find N6 uses a 200MP Samsung HP5 sensor in the 1/1.56-inch format, behind a 23mm f/1.8 lens with optical stabilisation. A small spectral sensor, which the brand calls the True Color Camera, is there solely to set the white balance.

Hasselblad handles the colour processing. Notebookcheck finds this module convincing, low light included. Phonandroid reports autofocus that is sometimes temperamental.
3x periscope zoom and ultra-wide
The 50MP periscope telephoto (70mm, f/2.7, stabilised) offers 3x optical zoom. Oppo promises digital zoom up to 120x. Notebookcheck signs off on images up to 6x. Beyond that, Phonandroid regrets heavy-handed AI smoothing. This module also focuses at 10cm, for macro shots.
The 50MP ultra-wide (15mm, f/2.0, 120 degrees) has autofocus. It is nonetheless the weak link: Notebookcheck and Phonandroid describe distortion and aberrations at the edges.
Video and selfies
For video, all three rear modules shoot 4K at 60 frames per second in Dolby Vision. The main sensor goes up to 120 frames per second, and a Log profile is available for colour grading. Each screen houses a 20MP camera, but you are better off filming yourself with the main sensor, using the cover screen as a viewfinder.
Against the Vivo X Fold 6 and its Zeiss optics, it looks like a close contest. Regular flagships such as the Oppo Find X9 Pro and the Galaxy S26 Ultra keep the edge at long zoom.
Battery life and charging on the Oppo Find N6: a long day, often two
6,000mAh of silicon-carbon
The 6,000mAh battery in the Oppo Find N6 uses a silicon-carbon anode with 15% silicon. GSMArena gets an active use score of 18h36 on the cover screen and 15h45 on the inner screen, top of the large foldables the site has tested. Phonandroid mentions more than two days of standard use.

With mixed use, count on a day and a half. For anyone who lives with power cuts, that reserve matters. The Honor Magic V6 and its 6,660mAh stay a step ahead.
80W wired, 50W wireless
80W SuperVOOC wired charging fills the battery in 46 to 50 minutes according to GSMArena, with 84% recovered in 30 minutes when the device is open. Phonandroid measures 59 minutes. AirVOOC wireless charging reaches 50W on the brand’s own stand.
The good news is that the 80W charger is in the box in most markets. On an imported unit, the plug will sometimes be Asian or British: plan for an adapter if you need one.
Software: ColorOS 16, polished multitasking and five years of Android
Three apps on screen
The Oppo Find N6 runs ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. The Boundless View feature shows up to three apps at once and remembers your combinations.
On the global version, Google services are there out of the box. The most useful everyday features:
- Gemini, Circle to Search and on-screen translation, provided by Google;
- AI Writer, AI Translate and AI VoiceScribe to draft, translate and transcribe a meeting;
- AI Eraser, AI Unblur and AI Relight to retouch photos;
- file sharing with an iPhone and remote control of a PC, both mentioned by Engadget.
The optional AI Pen stylus
Oppo sells an AI Pen stylus with 4,096 pressure levels, stored in a case that recharges it. It costs 499 yuan in China and 199 Australian dollars in Australia.
Updates: through to 2032
Oppo promises five major Android updates and six years of security patches, according to SoyaCincau, GSMArena and Notebookcheck, which puts the end of support in March 2032. Android Central mentions four years, a figure no one else gives. Samsung and Honor promise seven years.
The cheaper Chinese version ships without Google services and, according to Notebookcheck, has trouble with eSIM, Gemini and Quick Share. For use in Europe or in Africa, the global version is the one to get.
Oppo Find N6 price and availability in France, Europe and Africa
Oppo Find N6 in France and Europe: no official sales
There is no official price in euros. The brand is keeping the Oppo Find N6 for China and Asia-Pacific, as Notebookcheck, Heise and Giga have reported. The manufacturer’s official page details the global version.
That leaves importing. Kimovil lists the global 16GB + 512GB version from €1,749 (about 1,147,000 FCFA). Notebookcheck notes a range of €1,527 to €1,815 (about 1,002,000 to 1,191,000 FCFA) at Hong Kong shops, before shipping. Third-party sellers also offer the Oppo Find N6 on French marketplaces, at around €1,950 to €1,975 (about 1,279,000 to 1,296,000 FCFA) according to price comparison site Achatmoinscher. Always check the model number: the global version carries the code CPH2765.
In China and Asia-Pacific
In China, the price list runs as follows: 9,999 yuan for 12GB + 256GB, or about €1,284 (about 842,000 FCFA); 10,999 yuan for 16GB + 512GB, or about €1,412 (about 926,000 FCFA); 11,999 yuan for 16GB + 1TB, or about €1,540 (about 1,010,000 FCFA).
Elsewhere, the price climbs. Singapore lists it at 2,699 Singapore dollars, in the region of €1,800 (about 1,181,000 FCFA) at the current rate. Malaysia asks 8,699 ringgit and Australia 3,299 Australian dollars.
Importing: warranty, customs and network
Three precautions apply. The warranty is limited to one year at importers, Notebookcheck points out. For a parcel shipped to France from outside the European Union, add 20% VAT if the seller does not include it. Finally, if the inner screen breaks, the device will have to be sent back abroad.
On the network side, no nasty surprises. The official spec sheet for the global Oppo Find N6 lists 4G bands B1, B3, B7, B8, B20 and B28 as well as 5G on n1, n3, n28 and n78, which is everything French carriers use. It takes two nano-SIMs and an eSIM.
In West and Central Africa
We found no official distribution of the Oppo Find N6 in Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire or Senegal. TechCabal mentioned an arrival in Nigeria from 1,400,000 naira, which the brand has not confirmed. In Douala, Abidjan or Dakar, you will have to go through an importer.
The global version’s bands cover the region’s 4G networks and 5G on n78. The dual physical SIM is an asset. The warranty, though, will not apply locally: at more than a million FCFA, that is a risk to weigh up before ordering.
Oppo Find N6 pros and cons
Pros
- A crease you can barely feel, a first at this level.
- 225g and 8.93mm closed, with a 6,000mAh battery.
- A complete camera system: 200MP, 3x periscope with macro, 4K Dolby Vision video.
- Hinge certified for one million folds.
- 80W charger included, 50W wireless charging.
Cons
- No official distribution in France or the rest of Europe.
- Marked chip throttling under sustained load.
- Ultra-wide camera distorts at the edges.
- Limited dust protection (IP5X).
- Speakers rated as average by GSMArena and Notebookcheck.
These Oppo Find N6 scores sum up the spec sheet and the published reviews, not a hands-on test by our team. The last line weighs heavily: without a local warranty, an excellent phone loses points. On sound, Phonandroid is kinder than GSMArena and Notebookcheck.
Alternatives to the Oppo Find N6
Vivo X Fold 6
Huawei Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design 16 Go + 256 Go
The Honor Magic V6 is the obvious alternative to the Oppo Find N6: longer-lasting, better protected against dust and covered by a warranty in France, with a more pronounced crease. The Huawei Mate XT 2 adds a second hinge, but means living without Google services. Also consider the Xiaomi 18 Fold and Apple’s iPhone Duo. Without a hinge, there is the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max.
Conclusion: our Oppo Find N6 review verdict, the best foldable phone of 2026?
On paper as in the published reviews, the Oppo Find N6 is the best-conceived foldable of 2026. The crease, the format’s last real flaw, has practically vanished. Battery life, camera and software keep up.
Its weaknesses, a chip that runs out of breath in games and a middling ultra-wide, are not deal-breakers. The real problem is distribution: buying a hinged device with no local after-sales service remains a gamble.
Our view of the Oppo Find N6 is therefore twofold. If you are after the best foldable phone of 2026 and importing does not scare you, go for the global version at around €1,750 (about 1,148,000 FCFA). Otherwise, the Honor Magic V6 delivers 90% of the experience with a French warranty.
Good to know — before ordering, ask the seller for the exact model number (CPH2765 for the global version), how long the warranty lasts and who pays for the return if something fails.
Oppo Find N6: frequently asked questions
What is the Oppo Find N6 price in Europe?
There is no official price, because the device is not sold in France or elsewhere in Europe. As an import, the global 16GB + 512GB version starts at €1,749 (about 1,147,000 FCFA) according to Kimovil. In China, the official price starts at 9,999 yuan, or about €1,284 (about 842,000 FCFA), but that version ships without Google services.
Will the Oppo Find N6 be released in Europe?
No, not so far. Oppo has told several outlets that it is keeping its foldable for China and Asia-Pacific. The 20 March 2026 launch covered Singapore, Malaysia and other countries in the region. No date has been announced for Europe. That leaves importing, with a warranty limited to one year at most resellers.
Is the Oppo Find N6 waterproof?
It resists water, dust less so. It carries IP56, IP58 and IP59 ratings: immersion and high-pressure water jets are covered. The 5, on the other hand, indicates partial protection against dust, whereas an IP68 rating guarantees a full seal. So avoid fine sand, which can lodge in the hinge.
Has the screen crease on the Oppo Find N6 really gone?
Almost. GSMArena measures a dip of about 0.05mm, against 0.2mm on the previous model. You no longer feel it under your finger in normal use, but it is still visible against some backgrounds, Heise notes. TÜV Rheinland certifies the hinge for one million folds.
How many years of updates does this Oppo foldable get?
Oppo promises five major Android updates and six years of security patches, according to GSMArena, SoyaCincau and Notebookcheck. Shipped with Android 16 and ColorOS 16, the phone should therefore receive Android 21 and stay protected until March 2032. Samsung and Honor promise seven years.
