Dr.Fone Virtual Location is part of Dr.Fone, the smartphone toolkit from the Chinese developer Wondershare. This module changes the GPS location reported by an iPhone or Android phone. It comes as a program for Windows and Mac and as a separate Android app.
What Dr.Fone Virtual Location is for
The program connects to the phone and shows a world map. Teleport mode places the device at chosen coordinates in one click, while the one-stop and multi-stop modes simulate travel along real roads. A joystick also lets you steer the movement by hand. According to Wondershare, there is no need to jailbreak the iPhone or root the Android phone.
Who is it for?
The tool can help developers and testers working on location-based apps, or people who would rather not reveal where they really are. Wondershare also pitches it for augmented reality games, social networks and dating apps, uses that the rules of those services often forbid.
Download Dr.Fone Virtual Location safely
The Windows and Mac program is available from the official Wondershare Dr.Fone website, and the Android app from the Google Play Store. The trial is limited; full use requires a paid licence, and the Android app offers in-app purchases. Avoid “cracked” versions found elsewhere.
