Xiaomi 12 Pro vs Xiaomi 12T Pro is a duel between two phones that could look a lot alike, but subtle differences will exist between them.
Xiaomi recently launched one of its best phones, the Xiaomi 12 Pro. It already beats many phones released like it earlier this year; but we want to know how it will perform against its cousin, the Xiaomi 12T Pro expected next October.

Released on December 31, 2021, you can already buy the Xiaomi 12 Pro at € 1099 on the official Xiaomi website. At this price, you will have a Xiaomi 12 Pro with a configuration of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
You can also consult resellers such as Cdiscount or Fnac for possible promotions.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro will arrive on the market at the beginning of October, or at the end of September. Its price will be around 800 € for a configuration of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
We expect from a telephone at a thousand euros that it offers a minimum of resistance to shocks, and especially in splashing water and dust. However, the Xiaomi 12 Pro offers no protection index. It has a robust Gorilla Glass Victus protective glass at the front and a Gorilla Glass 5 in the back, but they only protect him from shocks; and not water or dust.
However, the 12T Pro could have an IP53 protection index like the 11T Pro. He will also have a Gorilla Glass Victus to protect his screen, but at the back it will be an ordinary glass.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro therefore seems more resistant than the 12Pro; But you have to wait for its release to confirm it.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro has one of the best screens in the industry. This is a magnificent a LTPO AMOLED HDR10 + screen of 6.73 inches. With a 1440 x 3200px and a 120Hz refresh rate, the images on this screen are both clear and fluid.

The 12T Pro will take advantage of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processor, OvecLocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 which currently equips the Xiaomi 12 Pro.
As the 12T Pro is released, Qualcomm has already marketed its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ which will then succeed 8 Gen 1 as the most powerful processor on Android phone.
On both phones, you should have configurations with 8 or 12GB of RAM and between 128 and 256GB of internal storage.
Xiaomi’s 12 pro is among the best photography phones according to the DxOMark organization. It is thanks to its triple camera of 50mpx each (large, ultra large and TeleoBjectF). Associated with this a 32mpx selfie camera and you have a vereable central production of high quality images.
The camera will be one of the points that will mark the big difference between the Xiaomi 12 Pro and the Xiaomi 12T Pro. The latter will be fitted with a rear camera system: 108MPX + 8MPX + 5MPX (main, ultra-large and macro telephoto lens). For your selfies, you have a 16mpx high-angle camera.
The 12 Pro will justify its higher price by offering better photos than its cheaper cousin.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a 4600mAh battery which can go from 0 to 100% in just 18 minutes after Xiaomi, thanks to its wired load of 120W. It also supports the wireless load at 50W and a reversed load 10W. Its competitor of the day will have a 5000mah battery, with a wired load of 120W. There will be no wireless load, even less inverted load.
It is a bit pretentious to want to answer this question now since the 12T Pro is still in design. Next October, it will certainly arrive with a better processor, a larger battery, and especially with a lower price. If you are ready to wait for it, it is worth it. Otherwise, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is one of the best phones you can buy for the moment.
