You have a misunderstanding with someone and the latter has blocked you on Whatsapp, this is a tip that will permits you to unblock yourself without having to count on a third party or another application.
You just have to follow the steps below in order to get out of this situation.
Step 1 : Write down the phone number of the person who blocked you
If you have the person’s contact saved in your phone, write it down somewhere and delete it from your phone.
Step 2 : Back up your chat
Backing up WhatsApp chat (messages and media files) is quite a child’s play, but for those who don’t know how to go about it, here is a quick tutorial to creating a Google Drive backup.
Click on Menu button» Settings» Chats» Backup Chats
Step 3 : Delete your WhatsApp account

Deleting your number this will simply mean that you are no longer active on WhatsApp. Technically you can’t block people who aren’t on whatsapp.
Whoever blocks you will no longer have you on the blocked list.
Step 4 : Clear your WhatsApp data
Go to your phone settings » applications » WhatsApp ; and clear data.
Step 5 : Now reactivate WhatsApp
Open your WhatsApp and register on the platform
Step 6 : Restore chats
Remark: You need to restore from the back up in your Google Drive account, but if not, WhatsApp automatically recovers the back up from your local storage (SDcard memory or internal phone memory, depending of the case).
Step 7 : Add back the contact that blocked you
Finally, save the contact you noted earlier on your phone. Now find the contact who blocked you and send a message.
