The Xiaomi 11T arrived on the market at the end of 2021; it offered similar characteristics to those of the Xiaomi 11, but with some improvements, all for a softer price. We now want to know if the Xiaomi 12T will be able to repeat the feat.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro was released on September 15, 2021, and is sold at the following official prices on the Mi Site:
- €569.90 for 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage
- €629.90 for 8GB + 256GB of internal storage

As you might expect, the Xiaomi 12T Pro hasn’t been released yet. It could hit the market in October; at a very similar price to the Xiaomi 11T Pro.
Xiaomi 12T Pro vs Xiaomi 11T Pro: Which is more powerful?
With a year gap between their launches, you can bet the 12T Pro will be way more powerful than the 11T Pro. The latter is equipped with the Snapdragon 888 5G processor. It is a very powerful processor, but it is less so than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ which will equip the 12T Pro. It will be the most powerful on Android at that time.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro will have, like its predecessor, 8GB or 12 of RAM and between 128 and 256GB of internal storage without the possibility of adding a memory card.
Which will have the best screen?
On the 11T Pro, you have a beautiful 6.67-inch AMOLED HDR10+ display that offers Dolby Vision technology. It also has a good refresh rate of 120Hz and a pixel density of 395ppi which makes displaying images crisp.
It’s still pretty early to say what screen we’ll have on the 12T Pro, but we know it won’t be very different from the 11T Pro. Except that instead of AMOLED technology, we could have OLED.
Like the 11T Pro’s display, the 12T Pro’s display will be protected by tough Gorilla Glass Victus.
Xiaomi 12T Pro vs Xiaomi 11T Pro: Which has better cameras?
Xiaomi phones are also known for the excellent quality of their cameras. This is true on the 11T Pro with its triple rear camera system: 108Mpx + 8Mpx +5Mpx (Main, Ultra-wide and telephoto macro). For your selfies, you have a 16MP wide-angle camera that takes 1080Px videos at 30 or 60fps.
You’ll basically have the same thing on the Xiaomi 12T Pro except instead of a 16MP sensor for selfies, you could have a 20MP.
Which phone has the best battery?
Like the Xiaomi 11T Pro, the 12T Pro will have a 5000mAh battery with massive 120W wired charging that can take it from 0-100% in less than twenty minutes.
Xiaomi launches several lines of phones a year, some of which look alike. This means that the Chinese giant does not really have time to upgrade its phones from one year to another. You will see when it comes out that the Xiaomi 12T Pro is very similar to the Xiaomi 11T Pro. Outside of the processor and photo quality, you won’t see much improvement. Even the IP53 waterproof rating will remain the same.
