1. Withings scanwatch does not connect to the smartphone
It often happens that your watch loses connection with your smartphone. It can even happen every week. In some cases, it’s a problem with your phone. But if the problem happens regularly, it’s the watch’s fault.
Start by checking that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If it is, remove the watch from your Bluetooth settings and then pair again.
The best solution to this problem is to do a factory reset of the Scanwatch. This solution is recommended when the watch loses Bluetooth synchronization regularly. The problem could be that the health data generated by the watch is too huge to be transmitted via Bluetooth.
A factory reset every 3-4 days will do the trick, even if you have to reconfigure the watch.
