Discover the latest leaks on Google’s Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro models

As the announcement of Google’s new Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro approaches, exciting details are already circulating about these highly anticipated models. In this article, we’ll reveal the latest leaks and key features of both smartphones. Information on storage options, available colours and technical specifications will be covered. Prepare to be impressed by the technological advances these new models promise!

Design and storage

According to a generally reliable source, the Pixel 8 will be offered with 128GB and 256GB storage options, similar to its predecessor. Unfortunately, those hoping for an increase to 256GB for the base model will be disappointed. Instead, the Pixel 8 Pro will offer a wider range of storage, including 128GB, 256GB and even 512GB options, giving users more choice.

Attractive colours: Google seems to have paid particular attention to the aesthetics of its new Pixel phones. The Pixel 8 will be available in three tempting colours: liquorice, peony and mist. On the other hand, the Pixel 8 Pro will stand out with its three luxurious colour options: Licorice, Porcelain and Sky. These varied choices will allow users to find the colour that best suits their personal style.

Exciting technical specifications

According to the latest rumors, the Pixel 8 will be slightly more expensive than its predecessor. This model will feature a 6.17-inch display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz for a smooth viewing experience. It will also feature an integrated ultrasonic fingerprint reader, as well as a 50 MP main camera equipped with Samsung’s new ISOCELL GN2 sensor. The ultra-wide 12 MP and 11 MP selfie cameras found on the Pixel 7 will also be featured, offering stunning selfies. A 4,485 mAh battery with 24W wired and 12W wireless charging support will keep the phone powered, while its next-generation Tensor chipset should deliver impressive performance.

The Pixel 8 Pro, meanwhile, will feature a larger 6.7-inch screen with a resolution of 1344×2992 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It will also benefit from the same next-generation Tensor chipset as the Pixel 8, guaranteeing optimal processing power. Significant upgrades include a new main camera, a 64 MP ultra-wide-angle, as well as the 48 MP telephoto and 11 MP selfie cameras already present on the Pixel 7 Pro.

Although Google’s Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro won’t be officially announced until October, leaks are already revealing an exciting glimpse of upcoming features. With impressive features such as expanded storage options, eye-catching colors and superior technical specifications, it’s clear that the new Pixel models promise an exceptional user experience. Stay tuned for more on these smartphones at the official launch event.
