KALINCO Smart Watch does not connect with smartphone.

- Activate the phone’s Bluetooth
- Open the app and grant all permissions
- Create a user account and correctly fill in your personal information (height, weight, date of birth and step length).
- Find the name of your KALINCO (e.g. CS201C) and select it to connect
- Accept Bluetooth pairing.
It is important to note that for the connection via the application to succeed, the Bluetooth of the phone must be activated. On the other hand, you should never directly connect the watch to the phone in the Bluetooth list without going through the application. For Android, you need to allow the app to access your location by turning on your phone’s location feature.

KALINCO Smart Watch does not receive notification messages
This problem can occur simply because the notification function is not activated in the compatible application installed on the smartphone:
- Connect the watch to the app and activate the notification function
- In the list of programs from which you can receive notifications choose those that suit you. For Facebook for example, activate “Facebook”, authorize the notification, then scroll the screen to synchronize the data.
