In a recent leak leaked by Digital Chat Station, some juicy details about Oppo‘s next flagship series, the Find X7, have been revealed. The big news? Oppo has chosen to integrate BOE 8T displays, marking a major turning point in the design of its devices.

BOE 8T screens: a bold innovation

Oppo has decided to team up with BOE by choosing 8T displays for its Find X7 series. This bold decision is in line with Oppo’s constant quest to offer its users an exceptional visual experience. BOE 8T displays promise exceptional image quality, ultra-high brightness and cutting-edge technology used by other industry giants.

According to the leaked specs, the standard Find X7 will sport an impressive 6.78-inch OLED LTPO display, offering a resolution of 2780 x 1264 pixels. For the Ultra, Oppo has increased the diagonal to 6.82 inches while enhancing the resolution to 3168 x 1440 pixels. This configuration promises an immersive visual experience for users, comparable to that of cutting-edge devices from other renowned brands.

Powerful battery and fast charging

The Find X7 series will be powered by a robust 5,000 mAh battery, offering exceptional endurance. But that’s not all: Oppo has pushed the boundaries of fast charging by offering an impressive 100W charge. What’s more, the Ultra will add 50W fast wireless charging functionality, a feature that should attract the attention of wireless technology enthusiasts.

The surprising absence of the Pro model

One of the most surprising revelations of the leak is the apparent absence of the Find X7 Pro model. This has raised questions in the community, but the specs shared for the Find X7 and Ultra appear to be equivalent to those initially attributed to the Pro model. Could Oppo be opting for a marketing strategy by highlighting the Ultra version to rival the Ultra ranges of rivals such as Samsung and Xiaomi?
