Customer: any professional, any natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site covered by these general terms and conditions.

7.1 Parties responsible for collecting personal data
For the Personal Data collected when the User creates a personal account and browses the Site, the controller of the Personal Data is Wanda-Tech. wanda-techs.com is represented by Teugmo Pavel, its legal representative.
As the controller of the data it collects, wanda-techs.com undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is the Customer’s responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and customers, once their consent has been collected, with complete information on the processing of their personal data, and to keep a record of processing activities that reflects reality. Whenever wanda-techs.com processes Personal Data, wanda-techs.com takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Data is accurate and relevant with regard to the purposes for which wanda-techs.com processes it.
7.2 Purpose of the data collected
wanda-techs.com may process all or part of the data:

7.4 Non-disclosure of personal data

However, wanda-techs.com remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
wanda-techs.com undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and, in particular, to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorised persons. However, if wanda-techs.com becomes aware of an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s Information, it must inform the Customer as soon as possible and tell them what corrective measures have been taken. The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of wanda-techs.com and by subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.

7.5 Types of data collected
